Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business challenges using large data sets from internal and external sources to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Design, build, and maintain visually compelling dashboards and analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop data models and KPIs, ensuring accurate, consistent, and actionable insights across business functions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical data specifications.

• Conduct data mining, predictive analytics, and trend analysis to uncover insights that improve operational efficiency.

• Extract and clean data from multiple platforms—including on-premise systems, cloud databases, and social media sources.

• Develop, document, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.

• Work with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to present insights in interactive, user-friendly formats.

• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.

• Provide actionable recommendations to business leaders through analytical storytelling and detailed reports.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience (3–6 years) in a business intelligence or data analytics capacity within large or global organizations.

• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Knowledge of predictive analytics, data mining, and statistical modelling techniques.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Familiarity with social media analytics and experience gathering data from multiple online platforms.

• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of data privacy laws, security standards, and compliance frameworks.

• Self-motivated professional with strong teamwork, time management, and documentation skills.

The average salary for a Business Intelligence Analyst at NTT DATA in Bangalore typically ranges between ₹8.0 LPA and ₹14.0 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, and overall contribution to analytics projects.
