Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and reliable software solutions that directly improve customer experiences.

• End-to-End Engineering: Work across the full software lifecycle—requirements analysis, coding, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and operations.

• Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including architects, testers, and product managers to deliver robust, scalable software aligned with business goals.

• Continuous Improvement: Enhance engineering processes by incorporating best practices around scalability, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to improve platform performance, customer journeys, and internal development efficiency.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to engineering and security standards, reviewing code for performance, resilience, and maintainability.

• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers, participate in peer code reviews, and support a collaborative team culture focused on excellence.

• Lifecycle Management: Support applications throughout their lifecycle—from initial release to continuous enhancement and eventual replacement.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.

• Professional Experience:

  • Strong background in software design, development, and architecture.

  • Experience developing software in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).

  • Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code platforms is an added advantage.

  • Proven expertise in Agile development and DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation and test-driven development.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with software testing frameworks, version control (Git), and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Proficiency in designing scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills to handle complex system challenges.

  • Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving business requirements.
