Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather Business Requirements: Engage with audit professionals, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business problems, capture requirements, clarify expectations, and convert discussions into actionable solution requirements.
• Create User Stories: Translate complex business use cases into structured feature requests, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success indicators that development and product teams can use throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify AI Opportunities: Support discovery exercises to identify processes within audit and professional services where AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics can improve efficiency, decision-making, quality, or user experience.
• Assess Solution Feasibility: Evaluate potential AI-driven use cases by understanding available data sources, business constraints, technical feasibility, expected benefits, risks, and the metrics required to determine whether a solution is successful.
• Collaborate With Engineers: Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solution designs reflect business objectives, audit requirements, operational realities, compliance expectations, and stakeholder needs.
• Support User Testing: Coordinate user testing activities, gather feedback from stakeholders, document observations, and help teams evaluate whether AI or analytics solutions meet the intended business requirements.
• Monitor Solution Performance: Track adoption, usage, performance, and business value using dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify areas where implemented solutions can be improved.
• Support AI Governance: Contribute to responsible AI processes by helping stakeholders understand areas such as explainability, fairness, model risk, governance, compliance, and responsible technology adoption.
• Manage Stakeholder Communication: Communicate requirements, project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and solution outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders across different teams.
• Support Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies and product development activities, helping teams prioritize requirements, refine backlogs, validate delivered features, and maintain alignment between business and technology objectives.
• Contribute to Project Management: Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality reporting, operational management, and other project activities while maintaining focus on delivery quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Coach & Develop Teams: Depending on project requirements, contribute to team supervision, knowledge sharing, coaching, technical development, risk and compliance awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline. A relevant technical or business education can provide a strong foundation for the role.
• Business Analysis Experience: Prior experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a comparable requirements and product-focused role is expected, preferably involving technology-enabled transformation projects.
• AI & Machine Learning Exposure: Candidates should have practical exposure to AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or AI-driven projects and understand how these technologies can be applied to real-world business problems.
• Machine Learning Lifecycle: A good understanding of the machine learning lifecycle is important, including problem definition, data preparation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Requirements Documentation: Strong ability to create business requirements, user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and success metrics in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.
• Stakeholder Management: Candidates should be comfortable working with business users, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and senior stakeholders while managing different expectations and communicating technical concepts in business language.
• Agile & Product Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, product development lifecycles, backlog management, user story refinement, and iterative delivery is strongly beneficial.
