Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain portions of end-user software applications for local, networked, and internet-based systems.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages, adhering to company standards and coding practices.

• Execute established test cases, perform debugging, and ensure high-quality output through rigorous validation processes.

• Collaborate with internal and external development partners to design and implement scalable and cost-effective software solutions.

• Contribute to software enhancement projects by analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and peer feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement and product excellence.

• Build a strong understanding of HPE’s core products, services, and architectural frameworks to develop context-aware solutions.

• Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring smooth transitions between development and production environments.

• Maintain accurate documentation for development, testing, and maintenance to support future updates and technical audits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver user-focused software.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, internships, or academic projects involving real-world coding experience.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, and familiarity with development tools.

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Basic understanding of software testing, debugging, and version control systems (like Git).

• Exposure to web development frameworks, RESTful APIs, or cloud-based platforms is an advantage.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems logically and efficiently.

• Good communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and willing to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

• Knowledge of Full Stack Development, UX design principles, and security-first coding practices will be considered a plus.
