👨‍💻 Role Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be part of EY’s Consulting Technology team — designing, developing, and deploying high-quality solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in various domains like Digital Technologies, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud, SAP, Oracle, and more.

This is a technology-first role ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their tech careers in a global consulting environment.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Support design and development of technology solutions using Java, .NET, Python, SQL, etc.

• Work in one or more key service lines: Digital, Data Analytics, Testing, Cybersecurity, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Cloud

• Follow best practices in software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to develop innovative client solutions

• Contribute to internal tools, accelerators, and technical documentation

• Adapt to diverse project needs, timelines, and technologies

✅ Skills & Competencies

Must-Have:

• Knowledge of programming languages like Java / .NET / Python

• Understanding of Databases like SQL, Oracle, or Teradata

• Familiarity with SDLC and software engineering best practices

• Ability to think logically and solve problems with a detail-oriented mindset

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Agile and curious attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Internship experience in a relevant technology domain

• Exposure to DevOps, Cloud tools (AWS, Azure), or Testing frameworks

• Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP/Oracle) or Cybersecurity concepts

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Circuit branches

• Percentage: 60% and above throughout academics

• Backlogs: No active backlogs
