Job Description

Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd is hiring an IT Software Engineer in Bengaluru to contribute to the development of next-generation enterprise applications that power global laboratory operations. As part of the world-leading Eurofins Scientific group, the IT Solutions division focuses on building advanced digital platforms such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), customer portals, eCommerce platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and B2B integrations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about full-stack development and eager to work in a global, fast-growing, technology-driven environment. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and APIs using modern technologies like Python, Flask, MongoDB, and TypeScript.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business analysts to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role demands hands-on involvement across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, system design, coding, unit testing, QA automation, and deployment. Operating in an agile environment, you will apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and RESTful API architecture to deliver high-performance applications. This position offers exposure to global projects and international teams across Europe and the US, providing valuable experience in enterprise software engineering and cloud-based solution development.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs using Python, Flask, MongoDB, and TypeScript.

2. Participate actively in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and solution architecture planning with cross-functional teams.

3. Implement scalable n-tier architectures ensuring performance, security, and maintainability of enterprise applications.

4. Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, including coding standards, unit testing, QA automation, and deployment processes.

5. Contribute to Agile-Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

6. Develop and maintain JSON-based APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

7. Support continuous integration and DevOps workflows using version control systems such as Git.

8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in complex international project environments.

9. Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and the US to deliver high-quality software products within deadlines.

10. Continuously explore new technologies including AI/ML and cloud services to enhance product innovation and efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. 0–2 years of professional experience in software development, preferably within Microsoft technology environments or enterprise application ecosystems.

2. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and engineering best practices.

3. Hands-on experience with Python programming and frameworks such as Flask for backend development.

4. Proficiency in MongoDB, RESTful Web APIs, TypeScript, CSS, and JSON for building scalable full-stack applications.

5. Knowledge of n-tier architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles for enterprise system design.

6. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile-Scrum methodologies in collaborative team settings.

7. Experience or theoretical understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud computing concepts is an added advantage.

8. Exposure to Continuous Integration and DevOps environments using Git or similar tools is preferred.

9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in global, multicultural teams.

10. Self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on quality, deadlines, innovation, and continuous professional growth.

Expected Salary

The average salary for an IT Software Engineer with 0–2 years of experience in Bengaluru typically ranges between ₹4.5 LPA to ₹9 LPA, depending on technical expertise, full-stack development skills, and exposure to cloud technologies.
