Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection frameworks.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust data-driven models and algorithms using Python, PySpark, and SQL.

• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.

• Work on both on-premise and cloud-based machine learning environments, optimizing solutions for scalability and performance.

• Apply advanced statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to define key performance metrics and integrate ML insights into business strategy.

• Mentor and support junior data scientists, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

• Leverage DevSecOps methodologies to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable ML workflows.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, data science, and deep learning to continuously improve solution design.

• Contribute to building a culture of experimentation, innovation, and ethical AI across Ericsson’s analytics teams.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

• Proven experience in machine learning, data analytics, and model deployment, ideally within enterprise or technology-driven organizations.

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in PySpark and SQL for data processing and analysis.

• Sound knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning architectures.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML solution deployment and scaling.

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices to maintain secure and compliant machine learning environments.

• Experience in data management, data preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis using open-source libraries.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with global teams and non-technical stakeholders.
