In this full-time position, you will take ownership of the testing lifecycle — from understanding business requirements to crafting and executing comprehensive test plans. 🔍 Responsibilities:

Perform functional and regression testing on Salesforce applications, especially Sales Cloud and Net Zero Cloud.

Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans covering all functional scenarios — positive, negative, edge cases, and exceptions.

Log and track defects to closure, ensuring thorough root cause analysis.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete test coverage.

Engage in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Automate test cases using Katalon or equivalent tools to increase test coverage and speed.

Manage test environments and participate in software design reviews and QA strategy meetings.

Support production issue analysis, identifying defects and working with teams to resolve them quickly.

Suggest and implement process improvements to strengthen QA maturity and effectiveness.

Maintain detailed documentation for test strategy, execution, and project artifacts.
🛠 Required Skills & Experience:

2–5 years of hands-on QA experience in manual and automated testing.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.

Exposure to Net Zero Cloud (preferred).

Prior experience with global Salesforce implementations is essential.

Strong grasp of software testing life cycle and defect management principles.

Experience using tools like Katalon, JIRA, and Test Management systems.

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and drive quality across multiple teams.

Preferred certifications: ISTQB, Salesforce Admin or App Builder.
💰 Salary Expectations:
Based on industry benchmarks for QA professionals with Salesforce specialization in Bangalore/Pune, the expected salary range is:
₹6,00,000 – ₹11,00,000 per annum, depending on automation exposure, certifications, and cloud-specific experience.
