Job Description

As a Test Analyst at Dentsu, you will contribute to delivering high-quality digital and ERP solutions across multi-market environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical testing capability, and strong analytical skills to support business-critical projects, change requests, and platform upgrades. You will take ownership of designing test scenarios, executing functional and integration test cycles, automating regression suites, and collaborating closely with platform architects, business stakeholders, and project managers. Your work directly enhances Dentsu’s operational efficiency and ensures seamless platform performance across global markets.

In addition to hands-on testing, you will be responsible for strengthening automated frameworks using RSAT and Selenium, helping build a scalable and reusable regression suite for multiple geographies. You will participate in daily coordination calls, contribute to testing estimations, conduct demos, and provide thorough documentation for approvals. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with team leads and solution architects to understand functional design, platform architecture, and prepare detailed test scenarios.

2. Contribute to test estimations, planning exercises, and daily stand-ups while maintaining testing progress trackers and DevOps dashboards.

3. Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for Demand Management CRs, platform upgrades, and D365FO implementations.

4. Design clear test cases, log defects, track their resolution, and ensure closure within expected timelines.

5. Automate D365FO functional test cases using RSAT and Selenium, ensuring automated scripts align with global testing standards.

6. Build and refine automation frameworks capable of supporting multi-market regression testing needs.

7. Provide demos to business users, walk them through test results, and obtain formal approvals for release readiness.

8. Deliver high-quality testing documentation, reports, and summaries for daily and weekly review cycles.

9. Adapt to feedback from test reviews, apply improvements, and continuously optimize the test process.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, understand dependencies, and support deployment readiness.

11. Ensure compliance with SDLC practices, including requirements analysis, test design, execution, reporting, and closure activities.

12. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and share insights to enhance system workflows and operational processes.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with strong foundational knowledge in testing methodologies and ERP platforms.

2. ISTQB certification is preferred, and Microsoft MB-300/MB-310 certifications are a significant advantage.

3. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, particularly for functional and regression automation.

4. Expertise in D365FO (Finance & Operations) testing, including functional workflows, business processes, and module validations.

5. Experience automating D365FO test cases using RSAT, along with a solid understanding of its integration with CI/CD pipelines.

6. Knowledge of business processes such as PTP (Procure-to-Pay), OTC (Order-to-Cash), RTR (Record-to-Report), and CJL workflows.

7. Deep understanding of SDLC and testing lifecycles, including requirement analysis, scenario design, execution, and defect reporting.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multi-market teams.

9. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to process improvements and automation optimization.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a passion for quality engineering.
