Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, unit testing, and documentation activities.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets performance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior team members, partners, and clients to deliver effective solutions.
- Follow company release processes and ensure timely delivery of software features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
- Deliver training sessions and contribute to mentoring junior team members.
- Suggest improvements to existing platforms, processes, and development practices.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in software development with strong coding expertise.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
