✅ Job Title: Functional Testing Analyst – Deloitte, Bengaluru

Deloitte is hiring Functional Testing Analysts to join their Engineering team in Bengaluru. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high-quality software delivery by implementing robust testing practices including system, integration, and regression testing. Candidates with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and a deep understanding of manual and API testing techniques are encouraged to apply.

You'll work closely with automation teams, product owners, and developers to ensure applications meet rigorous quality standards. If you’re passionate about testing, analytical in your approach, and a team player with strong communication skills, this role is ideal for you.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

    • MCA graduates from reputed institutions are also eligible.

  • Experience:

    • 3–6 years of experience in manual testing, preferably with Salesforce experience.

    • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and QA best practices.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

    • ISTQB Certified Tester.

💰 Salary Details

  • Monthly Salary Estimate: ₹58,000 – ₹83,000

  • Estimated Annual CTC: ₹7 LPA – ₹10 LPA

  • (Actual compensation may vary based on candidate profile and Deloitte's internal evaluation)

Responsibilities

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Test Case Development & Execution:

Design, document, and execute test cases for multiple test types: system, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Conduct thorough root cause analysis and raise, track, and retest defects.

Salesforce Testing:

Carry out functional manual testing on Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud modules.

API Testing:

Use tools like Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger for robust API testing and validation.

Regression Testing:

Maintain and run test sets for regression testing to ensure application stability after updates.

Automation Collaboration:

Work with automation teams to identify test scenarios suitable for automation and provide input on scripts.

Reporting & Documentation:

Accurately log test results, defects, and testing reports.

Participate in peer reviews to validate test coverage.
