Roles & Responsibilities

  • Write, optimize, and fine-tune complex SQL queries to extract accurate data from multiple sources and databases for analysis.

  • Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track key performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and CX teams to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.

  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process gaps that impact efficiency and customer experience.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workflows, service quality, and overall business performance.

  • Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and data reliability across teams.

  • Support leadership with in-depth analyses, performance reviews, and ad-hoc reporting for strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by validating sources, cleaning datasets, and improving data quality standards.

  • Monitor support and operational metrics such as SLAs, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction indicators.

  • Document reporting logic, data definitions, and insights to ensure clarity and continuity across stakeholders.


Requirements & Eligibility

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, support operations, or business operations roles.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, with hands-on experience writing queries to explore, join, and analyze large datasets.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleaning, and analysis techniques.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio to present insights clearly and effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, or workflow automation tools is an added advantage for improving efficiency.

  • Understanding of operational and support metrics such as SLAs, resolution rates, turnaround time, and CSAT.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful business insights.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

  • High attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to independently explore data and identify improvement opportunities.
