Clario is seeking a dedicated Validation Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of client applications by developing and executing validation strategies. Your expertise will contribute to the integrity of our clinical data systems and support our mission to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Validation Documentation: Develop concise and comprehensive documentation to support the validation of internal clinical data systems and third-party vendor applications.

Test Plan Development: Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases to verify system functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data Validation: Utilize SQL queries to conduct data validations and identify quality issues within datasets.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand system requirements and ensure validation processes align with project goals.

Compliance: Ensure all validation activities comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance validation processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the Quality Assurance team.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements:

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in software validation, quality assurance, or a related field.
Technical Skills:

SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation purposes.

Testing Tools: Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Documentation: Experience in creating validation documentation, including test plans, protocols, and reports.

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to software validation in the clinical research domain.
