Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Robot Framework for web and enterprise-level applications.

• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test cases suitable for automation and ensure comprehensive coverage of critical functionalities.

• Create keyword-driven test cases, reusable functions, and modular scripts to improve test maintainability and scalability.

• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report detailed defects with reproducible steps and evidence.

• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.

• Conduct API testing using Postman or REST-assured and integrate it into automation frameworks for end-to-end testing coverage.

• Develop and maintain test documentation, including automation strategy, test reports, and execution summaries.

• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

• Implement and maintain test reporting tools like Allure or ExtentReports for detailed and visual reporting dashboards.

• Continuously evaluate emerging automation tools and technologies to improve test efficiency and reliability.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing standards within the organization.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Proven hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation, with an in-depth understanding of automation principles.

• Strong expertise in Robot Framework and keyword-driven testing methodologies.

• Solid programming skills in Python or Java to develop custom automation scripts and libraries.

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for integrating test automation in delivery pipelines.

• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git for managing and tracking code changes effectively.

• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured to validate backend services and endpoints.

• Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber to support behavior-driven development practices.

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively in sprint-based workflows.

• Experience using test reporting tools (Allure, ExtentReports) for transparent and data-driven reporting.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly across teams.
