Job Description

Arctic Wolf, a global leader in cybersecurity operations, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Developer – Engineering Services to join its team in Bengaluru, India. This position is integral to the internal Engineering Services team that supports the tools and infrastructure used across the Research and Development (R&D) organization. You will contribute to building, improving, and maintaining internal applications that directly support engineering workflows, enabling streamlined development processes and enhanced operational insights.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build applications and integrations that improve data flow and collaboration within the development ecosystem. You’ll be expected to work across the tech stack—creating REST APIs, managing backend services, and building front-end dashboards—while following Agile methodologies. ✅ Experience Required
Experience: 1 to 3 years of software development experience in a professional environment.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Skills:
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
Experience with front-end development using Angular or React.
Knowledge of REST APIs, backend development, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and SDLC best practices.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions.

✅ Estimated Salary (Industry Standard)
Monthly Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000
Annual CTC: ₹12 LPA – ₹18 LPA

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain internal applications to support engineering productivity. Collaborate on projects integrating engineering tools for metrics collection, CI/CD, and workflow automation. Assist in creating centralized dashboards and data lakes for operational analytics. Work cross-functionally with various engineering teams to ensure tool alignment and adoption. Build RESTful APIs and front-end UIs using modern frameworks like Angular or React. Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards. Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development. Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and support for internal engineering systems.
