We are hiring for an Analyst – Data Science in our Commercial Data Science & Model Integration Team. This role is the perfect launchpad for fresh postgraduates who want to apply their analytical skills and help transform how businesses make data-driven credit and risk decisions.

🔍 What You’ll Work On

As part of the Commercial Collections and Credit Data Science team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and improvement of models used in credit risk and collections analytics

• Leveraging AI/ML techniques to enhance model accuracy and effectiveness

• Mining insights from consumer and commercial credit bureau data, as well as internal datasets

• Building innovative features and variables to boost model performance

• Identifying new opportunities through deep-dive case reviews and exploratory data analysis

• Collaborating with stakeholders across data science, risk, and business teams to deploy model insights into actionable decisions

🧠 What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced Analytics

• Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Management from a top-tier institute

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark for machine learning

• Working knowledge of SQL/Hive for data extraction and transformation

• Sound understanding of statistical modeling, econometrics, and machine learning techniques

Soft Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex models and concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner

• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Self-starter with the capacity to work on ambiguous, high-impact problems independently

• Passion for continuous learning and experimentation
