Actylis is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its team in Bengaluru, supporting its global operations in sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions. This role focuses on maintaining product quality standards, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting quality processes that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The position involves working closely with the Quality Manager to create and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for products and suppliers. The Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure that all product specifications align with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. This includes reviewing manufacturer documentation, identifying out-of-specification (OOS) results, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple quality-related tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to routine quality control activities, the role emphasizes continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst will contribute to updating product specifications, improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for products in accordance with company standards.

2. Review and approve supplier CoAs, ensuring alignment with product specifications and regulatory requirements.

3. Identify and escalate out-of-specification (OOS) results to relevant departments for resolution.

4. Develop and update product specifications based on regulatory and internal quality standards.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of quality-related tasks.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality assurance processes.

7. Suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and compliance.

8. Track and manage quality-related requests to ensure timely execution.

9. Support regulatory compliance activities in line with GMP standards.

10. Perform additional quality-related tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a GMP or quality assurance environment (preferred).

3. Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance standards.

4. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is an added advantage.

5. Strong attention to detail for reviewing specifications and analytical reports.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

9. Familiarity with documentation practices and quality control procedures.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured environment.

The average salary for a Quality Assurance Analyst with 1+ years of experience in India typically ranges between ₹3.5 LPA to ₹7 LPA, depending on experience in GMP environments, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes.
