Odoo: Software Developer Intern

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve business applications used worldwide

• Work on core frameworks and/or existing modules

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python and JavaScript

• Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback

• Be accountable for your own modules and their delivery

• Contribute to open source codebases and the Odoo developer community

🛠 Required Skills & Experience:
Must Have:

• BE/B.Tech in IT, CS / MCA / MSc IT (final year students eligible)

• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of software development principles

• Availability for full-time work, 5 days/week, for at least 6 months

• Good written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience or contributions to open source projects

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• Exposure to Unix/Linux environments

• Experience with GitHub and version control workflows

💰 Salary Expectations:
💸 ₹20,000/month stipend during internship
📈 Based on data from Glassdoor & industry standards, a full-time software developer at Odoo India (post-internship conversion) may expect a CTC ranging from ₹6 LPA to ₹9 LPA, depending on performance and experience.
