Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring Graduate Software Engineers for an entry-level opportunity within its Engineering and QA organization. This role is designed for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline who want to build their careers in software development and systems engineering. As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will contribute to software enhancements, new product development, debugging, testing, and maintenance under the guidance of experienced engineering professionals. • Debug software issues: Investigate assigned defects and technical problems, analyze relevant information, identify potential causes, and implement or recommend appropriate fixes under team guidance.
• Work with software systems: Develop an understanding of software systems that may include operating systems, networking technologies, databases, utilities, compilers, and Internet-related tools.
• Participate in system design: Apply foundational knowledge of software architecture and system design when contributing to assigned development tasks across different platforms and technology environments.
• Collaborate with development teams: Work as a member of project teams involving software engineers, internal stakeholders, and outsourced development partners to support project objectives and technical deliverables.
• Provide technical analysis: Gather information about development problems, evaluate technical situations, and provide analysis or recommendations that help senior team members make informed engineering decisions.
