Role Overview

As an Engineering Services Associate, you will work on aerospace and automotive design projects involving 3D modeling, drafting, tolerancing, and manufacturing engineering support.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about mechanical design, CAD modeling, and engineering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to convert concepts into detailed design solutions.

  2. Create 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or UG.

  3. Support stress analysis and simulation activities (FEA) to validate performance and reliability.

  4. Participate in design reviews and prepare technical documentation and reports.

  5. Conduct research, calculations, and engineering documentation for ongoing projects.

  6. Gain hands-on knowledge of aerospace/automotive processes and engineering standards.

  7. Support manufacturing engineering activities and ensure design-for-manufacturability compliance.

  8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: BE/B.Tech in

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Aerospace Engineering

    • Aeronautical Engineering

    • Automotive Engineering

    • Industrial Production Engineering

  • Experience: 0 months – 1 year (Freshers eligible)

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerancing.

  • Knowledge of CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, UG/NX preferred).

  • Basic understanding of stress analysis and mechanical design principles.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage:

  • Internship or project experience in aerospace or automotive sectors.

  • Exposure to FEA tools.
