Job Overview
KPMG Learning Services (KLS) delivers high-quality, bespoke training solutions to public and private sector clients. As an Analyst, you will manage end-to-end coordination of scheduled training programs, ensuring smooth learner journeys from registration through certification and billing.
This is a client-facing, operations-heavy role ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Training & Event Coordination

Own end-to-end delivery of scheduled training events.
-
Manage learner journeys from registration to cohort completion.
-
Handle participant, supplier, and client queries via phone, email, or in person within SLA guidelines.
📌 Operational & Administrative Duties
-
Book and confirm events based on occupancy requirements.
-
Process deferrals, concessions, exits, and special considerations.
-
Maintain accurate and timely updates in learner databases and trackers.
-
Coordinate with tuition providers, professional bodies, and internal teams for study materials and exam schedules.

Source and confirm venues, facilitators, and suppliers.
📌 Communication & Reporting

Send pre-program, post-program, and exam-related communications.

Manage access to online learning platforms and permissions.

Conduct post-event evaluations.

Support billing and invoicing processes.
-
Prepare reports for business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education:
-
Non-technical graduates: BA, B.Com, B.Ed
-
OR Technical graduates: BE, B.Tech, BCA
Experience:
-
0–1 year of work experience

Exposure to international or corporate work setups (preferred but not mandatory)
