The Trainee – Associate Technical Support Engineer role at Automation Anywhere is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their careers in enterprise software support and intelligent automation technologies. Based in Bengaluru, this full-time 12-month program places you within a global Customer Support organization that supports industry-leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agentic Process Automation (APA) platforms. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support for Automation Anywhere products including A360, Bot Agent, and Control Room platforms.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot application and configuration issues under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Review system logs and automation workflows to identify root causes of reported issues.

• Respond to customer queries via ticketing systems and live chat with professional and timely communication.

• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers or product teams when required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer-reported incidents.

• Document recurring issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base for future reference.

• Participate in structured training sessions to build expertise in RPA and Agentic automation technologies.

• Monitor support tickets to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction standards are met.

• Continuously improve troubleshooting methodologies through feedback and learning initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• 0–12 months of experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, or relevant internships/projects.

• Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems and system configuration.

• Familiarity with SQL basics and database concepts for troubleshooting data-related issues.

• Awareness of APIs, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with global customers.

• Ability to work in flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced support environment.

• Eagerness to learn automation technologies and enterprise software systems.

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and support functions.

Expected Salary
