  • Validate FIX and SWIFT message flows to ensure seamless connectivity with brokers, counterparties, and external systems.

  • Actively contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

  • Manage and prioritize testing activities across multiple projects while meeting strict delivery timelines.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing quality-focused inputs.

  • Perform root cause analysis for defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and ensuring continuous quality checks across environments.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Strong programming knowledge in Java or Python, enabling effective test automation and collaboration with development teams.

  • Solid understanding of databases with hands-on experience in writing and reviewing DDL and DML queries.

  • Practical experience with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium, or similar technologies.

  • Good understanding of trading flows, investment products, and financial market concepts within electronic trading environments.

  • Working knowledge of FIX protocol and/or SWIFT standards, along with experience in Agile development methodologies.

  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, NOMAD, Consul, and version control systems.

  • Experience working in UNIX and Windows environments with the ability to troubleshoot system-level issues.

  • Certification in software testing is preferred and adds value to the role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle complex requirements and fast-paced changes.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a proactive and collaborative team player in global setups.
