Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively participate in cross-functional Scrum teams to test, validate, and support product development initiatives.

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and automated test suites for regression and new feature validation.

• Test UI components, validate backend data using database queries, and ensure end-to-end system accuracy.

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable components for long-term scalability.

• Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and validate expected system behavior.

• Install, configure, and maintain testing environments with the latest application deliveries.

• Perform API automation testing and validate service-level integrations across systems.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and support resolution of customer-reported issues and production defects.

• Interface with R&D, support, and services teams to ensure seamless quality assurance coverage.

• Continuously assess QA effectiveness and recommend improvements across SDLC and STLC stages.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java for UI test automation.

• Practical experience in API automation testing using REST Assured or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, and Shell scripting.

• Good understanding of SQL with the ability to write complex database queries for data validation.

• Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git for managing automation code.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira and TestRail.

• In-depth understanding of software testing concepts, test planning, and test project management.

• Ability to design automation solutions tailored to different projects and technology stacks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative team mindset.
