Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with quality standards.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks to enable early defect detection.

• Perform manual and automated testing across complex systems, ensuring stability and reliability in critical business workflows.

• Collaborate with developers and architects to analyze requirements, contribute to design discussions, and define acceptance criteria.

• Execute REST API automation by designing frameworks and validating service integrations.

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects, providing detailed insights to support efficient resolution.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, automation design, and overall quality.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and rapid feedback cycles.

• Maintain test artifacts, metrics, and reports to track quality trends and support governance needs.

• Stay current with emerging testing tools, industry trends, and best practices, contributing to internal technology communities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Proven experience delivering both manual and automation testing solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong proficiency in Java for test automation, with hands-on experience using Playwright, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, TestNG, and SQL.

• Good understanding of build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.

• Experience in REST API automation, including designing and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full SDLC/STLC processes.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD, and working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.

• Experience using test and defect management tools such as JIRA and Xray.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to risk and control considerations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in Regulatory, AML, or Transaction Monitoring domains is a strong advantage.

Expected Salary
