Roles & Responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and visualize datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies across multiple data sources.

• Analyze historical data to develop forecasts and support future performance planning.

• Investigate data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to resolve data quality issues.

• Support business teams by providing analytical expertise for data-driven projects and initiatives.

• Communicate insights clearly using dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Provide training and ongoing support to users on data analysis tools, reports, and best practices.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through consistent quality checks and validation processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical outputs with business requirements.

• Maintain documentation and follow established data governance and quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred for advanced analytical exposure.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or business analytics for Data Analyst I level.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and analytical methodologies.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting to present insights effectively to stakeholders.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large and sensitive datasets.

• Strong planning, organizing, and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
