Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex manual and automated test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium and modern testing tools.

• Write and manage BDD-style test cases using Cucumber and Gherkin for improved readability and collaboration.

• Analyze automation results to identify defects, trends, and opportunities to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Collaborate with developers during code reviews to align testing strategies with application architecture.

• Integrate automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback.

• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and optimize test execution stability and performance.

• Document test strategies, automation processes, and outcomes to support knowledge reuse and scalability.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies, frameworks, and QA best practices.

• Work within established policies and procedures to solve moderately complex problems while expanding technical capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript, with hands-on experience in test automation development.

• Proven experience writing and maintaining Cucumber BDD test cases using Gherkin syntax.

• In-depth knowledge of test automation architectures and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Ability to design sophisticated test scenarios that validate complex business and technical workflows.

• Advanced understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve automation framework and execution challenges.

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of modern software development practices and current testing technologies.

• Understanding of key business drivers and the ability to align testing efforts with customer and product needs.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
