Job Description
As a Quality Engineer at Accenture, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality packaged application development solutions through full-stack testing, continuous automation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong technical expertise in TOSCA Testsuite and a deep understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies. You will be responsible for accelerating delivery by ensuring seamless integration of testing processes into the development lifecycle, enabling full-stack teams to identify defects early, improve system reliability, and enhance user experience. This position offers great exposure to enterprise-scale applications, multi-system integrations, and modern CI/CD practices.
In this role, you will design automation strategies, create reusable test scripts, support environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor defects across multiple application layers. You will also collaborate closely with developers, architects, analysts, Scrum teams, and project leadership to ensure testing is embedded into every release cycle. With a focus on continuous improvement and quality governance, your contributions will directly strengthen delivery efficiency, application stability, and overall customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA Testsuite, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with project requirements.

Independently execute end-to-end testing processes including API, UI, regression, integration, and security testing across application ecosystems.

Participate actively in team discussions, providing insights, addressing challenges, and contributing to technical decision-making.

Collaborate with development and functional teams to analyze requirements, validate design assumptions, and define comprehensive test plans.

Perform defect identification, logging, triage, and tracking to ensure timely resolution and quality improvements.

Monitor automation execution results, troubleshoot failures, and identify optimization opportunities for test suites.

Support test data creation, environment configuration, and validation activities to ensure readiness for each sprint and release cycle.

Contribute to automation strategy, framework enhancements, and adoption of best practices across the full testing lifecycle.

Participate in code reviews, continuous testing activities, and CI/CD pipeline integrations to strengthen automation coverage.

Provide subject matter expertise in TOSCA and mentor junior testers on test design, automation techniques, and quality engineering standards.

Assist in developing reusable assets, accelerators, and testing templates to streamline team delivery.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization, defect prevention, and enhanced testing maturity.
Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in TOSCA Testsuite with strong automation expertise.

Good understanding of test automation frameworks, reusable modules, and best practices for model-based test automation.

Strong knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, identify test scenarios, and create detailed test plans.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automated testing integrations within DevOps pipelines.

Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, with the ability to identify defects early and contribute to high-quality releases.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute as an active team member.

Ability to work independently, handle responsibilities proactively, and grow into a subject matter expert (SME) role.

Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail, especially when validating complex enterprise applications.

Must possess 15 years of full-time education as part of academic qualification.
