Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications that align with Trimble’s business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best software development practices and agile methodologies.

• Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to software quality and performance standards.

• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to enhance product delivery efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system reliability.

• Engage in performance optimization and scalability improvements for software products.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches to improve product functionality.

• Support the documentation of technical designs, workflows, and coding standards for future reference.

• Collaborate in an agile, values-driven environment that promotes innovation, learning, and teamwork.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: 1–4 years of software development experience in a professional setting.

• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript.

• Frameworks & Tools: Experience with frameworks like .NET, React, Angular, or Node.js, and understanding of REST APIs or microservices architecture.

• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Docker.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

• Soft Skills: Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

• Bonus Skills: Exposure to data analytics, IoT, or geospatial applications is an added advantage.
