Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.

• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring code, and enhancing API response times.

• Work with RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between client and server-side applications.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding quality, documentation, and team collaboration.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly to ensure minimal downtime and smooth user experience.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.

• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.

• Collaborate in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications within on-premise or cloud environments.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 1 year of hands-on experience in Java application development, preferably using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles.

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL for building efficient and optimized data models.

• Experience in version control systems like Git for collaborative development workflows.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based environments.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and self-improvement.

• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration and transparency within the team.
