Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using leading Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Reflex.

• Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs, focusing on CRUD operations and secure data exchange between systems.

• Work on backend logic and architecture, ensuring seamless integration with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers and designers to deliver engaging, user-friendly AI-powered web applications.

• Implement coding best practices by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code and actively participating in peer code reviews.

• Conduct debugging, testing, and optimization to ensure high application performance and reliability.

• Assist in data modeling and integration, connecting multiple data sources including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.

• Participate in system design discussions, contributing ideas that improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance your skills and development efficiency.

• Collaborate with the AI engineering team to support and deploy models within the company’s product ecosystem.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• Experience: 0–1 year of hands-on experience in Python development, internships, or academic projects.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with at least one framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

• API Development: Working knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs and implementing CRUD functionalities.

• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and exposure to NoSQL or vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or Milvus.

• Frontend Basics: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for full-stack collaboration.

• Version Control: Practical experience with Git or other version control tools for code management.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.

• Teamwork: Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive communication in a team setting.

Expected Salary:
