Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Utilize Selenium and JMeter to perform functional, performance, and regression testing.

• Conduct rigorous back-end testing by creating large data sets and validating database operations.

• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of issues and assist in debugging and resolution.

• Verify bug fixes through detailed re-testing and maintain complete test documentation.

• Perform database validation using MySQL or PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes by identifying gaps and suggesting process enhancements.

• Participate actively in sprint reviews, stand-ups, and quality discussions with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure test environments are properly configured and updated with the latest builds.

• Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure compliance with Zoho’s quality and security standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation) across web-based platforms.

• Strong understanding of Java programming fundamentals, including OOPS, exception handling, file handling, and database operations.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JMeter, and other automation frameworks.

• Working knowledge of MySQL/PgSQL for database validation and back-end testing.

• Ability to create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts efficiently.

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

• A proactive learner who stays updated with emerging QA tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Expected Salary
