As part of the quality assurance team, you will collaborate with developers, DevOps specialists, and product managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end testing coverage. You’ll design, implement, and maintain automated test systems that ensure every release meets the highest standards of functionality and performance. This role involves testing across backend, frontend, and integrated environments — combining your expertise in both manual and automated testing to achieve uncompromising quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Pytest, or Robot Framework to validate complex software systems.
• Plan and implement testing strategies for backend, frontend, and integrated platforms, ensuring thorough coverage and optimal performance.
• Conduct manual and regression testing to validate software functionality, usability, and stability before release.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions to ensure automated quality gates in every deployment cycle.
• Develop, maintain, and execute API test suites using Postman, Newman, or REST Assured to validate service reliability and performance.
• Document test cases, maintain test data, and generate detailed defect reports to assist development teams in quick issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing processes with development and deployment workflows for smoother delivery cycles.
• Monitor system scalability and performance through automated performance testing using JMeter or Locust.
• For embedded systems projects, perform HIL (Hardware-in-Loop) testing, interface validation, and embedded logic verification.
• Continuously improve automation practices, introduce new tools, and promote best testing methodologies within the QA community.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in software testing with a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing practices.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Pytest, or Robot Framework for scalable test development.
• Solid understanding of Python scripting for test automation, backend validation, and CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools like Postman, Newman, or REST Assured to validate services and endpoints.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for continuous testing integration.
• Exposure to performance testing using JMeter or Locust to analyze load, latency, and scalability under varied conditions.
• Experience in embedded testing environments with knowledge of firmware validation, serial communication (CAN, UART, SPI), and HIL setups.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
