Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven business decisions.

• Write and optimize Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting automation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.

• Automate repetitive workflows and reporting processes using Python and Power BI tools for efficiency.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights for strategy and decision-making.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, workflows, and reporting processes.

• Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of Power BI dashboards.

• Monitor and optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast, reliable, and user-friendly reporting.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and reporting (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib).

• Strong understanding of reporting fundamentals, KPIs, and business metrics.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and validation.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
