In this position, you will collaborate closely with Integration Analysts, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to build and maintain reliable, high-performing applications using C#, ASP.NET, Azure, and SQL. You’ll be deeply involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from understanding requirements and implementing features to testing, deployment, and production support. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Integration Analysts to understand software requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code.

  • Develop and enhance applications using C#, ASP.NET, Azure, and SQL, ensuring performance and scalability.

  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to maintain code reliability and prevent production issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for integration and production support incidents, providing long-term technical resolutions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver software features aligned with project goals.

  • Implement continuous integration and DevOps practices for smooth deployment and delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalations from customers or internal teams.

  • Take ownership of deliverables, maintaining accountability for quality, functionality, and performance.

  • Share technical knowledge through presentations, documentation, and team discussions to encourage learning and collaboration.


Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET, Azure, and SQL.

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and RESTful API development.

  • Knowledge of HTTP standards, web application architecture, and SDLC best practices.

  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) methodologies for producing high-quality software.

  • Hands-on experience with technical support, debugging, and incident management in live systems.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work across technical and business teams effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English for global collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft .NET Developer Certification or equivalent technical accreditation.

  • Familiarity with Java, Azure cloud services, and DevOps tools for deployment automation.
