As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, senior developers, and product teams to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. Your contributions will ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and backend services, enabling robust and efficient solutions for clients. This role emphasizes learning and growth, offering exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, Angular, and RESTful API development, providing a solid foundation for your career in software engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Java, Spring Boot, or Python for backend services.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement dynamic, interactive user interfaces using React or Angular.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

• Debug, test, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.

• Work with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, user-friendly applications.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data exchange between client and server.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to maintain high development standards.

• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.

• Maintain version control using Git and manage development workflow with modern IDEs.

• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in full-stack or web development.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or Python for backend development.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one frontend framework such as React or Angular.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling (AJAX), and JSON.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and web protocols.

• Familiarity with Git and modern IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or VS Code.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployment is a plus.
