BCOE: Test Analyst

Job Description

BCOE is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyst to deliver best-in-class quality assurance expertise across its growing portfolio of multi-market and specialist brands. This role focuses on supporting D365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) implementations, where the Test Analyst will contribute to both manual and automated testing activities, ensuring that all solutions meet the organization’s global quality standards and business objectives.

As a Test Analyst, you will be involved in the complete testing lifecycle—from understanding requirements and creating detailed test cases to performing functional, integration, and regression testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Demand Management change requests and platform upgrade initiatives. The role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about testing business-critical applications and ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and performance in complex ERP environments.

In addition to manual testing, this role requires strong expertise in automation using RSAT and Selenium, particularly for regression test suites. You will build and maintain automation frameworks, collaborate with market stakeholders to demonstrate test results, and obtain business approval for inclusion in global regression testing pipelines. Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads, developers, and platform architects to understand functional designs and system workflows.

• Design, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and regression test scenarios for D365 Finance and Operations implementations.

• Create and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and data sets to ensure complete test coverage.

• Perform testing activities for Demand Management change requests (CRs) and platform upgrades.

• Automate regression and functional test cases using RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool) and Selenium.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks for scalable and reusable testing solutions.

• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

• Participate in daily testing meetings, update DevOps trackers, and share progress with project teams.

• Provide testing demos to business users and obtain approval for production readiness.

• Contribute to daily and weekly testing summary reports, ensuring transparent communication across teams.

• Ensure that all testing deliverables meet BCOE’s internal quality benchmarks and client expectations.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in software testing, with strong knowledge of QA processes, SDLC, and testing methodologies.

• Proven expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) or other large ERP systems.

• Hands-on experience in automation using Selenium and RSAT is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), RTR (Record to Report), and CJL functional workflows.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in both functional and automation testing.

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams.

• Certifications such as ISTQB and Microsoft MB-300 / MB-310 are highly desirable.

• Self-driven and proactive attitude with the ability to work in fast-paced, global project environments.

Expected Salary

For the role of Test Analyst at BCOE in Bangalore, professionals with 3–6 years of experience can expect a salary range between ₹7 LPA and ₹13 LPA, depending on skills, certifications, and hands-on automation experience.
