Job Description
Lexington Soft is seeking a Client Account Manager to join our growing team and help drive revenue for our portfolio of QA Testing Tools. This is an exciting, high-impact sales role for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges, and closing deals.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from Lexington Softโs software and services while consistently exceeding revenue targets. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their testing needs, and position the right solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role demands a closer mindset, someone who can manage enterprise-level sales cycles and deliver measurable business growth.
You will work closely with the Regional Head of Sales and collaborate with the Sales Engineering team to develop robust pipelines, execute account strategies, and advance opportunities through the funnel. This position is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their sales career with excellent incentives and exposure to the rapidly growing software testing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and align Lexington Softโs QA Testing Tool solutions with their requirements.

Partner with Sales Engineers and Inside Sales teams to create compelling solutions and advance opportunities toward closure.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.

Develop high-level relationships within key accounts, planning and executing strategic account management initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, lead statuses, and opportunities in Salesforce.

Deliver presentations, product positioning, and proposals to enterprise customers in a consultative selling approach.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong market presence.

Travel up to 25% of the time to client locations across India to strengthen customer relationships and close deals.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets and contribute to the companyโs growth.
Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelorโs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

2โ5 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within QA, Test Automation, Functional, Regression, Load, or Performance Testing domains.

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully closing complex software sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and execute high-value sales strategies.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with Microsoft Office, WebEx, and other sales enablement tools.

High level of coachability, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to building market knowledge and sales skills.

Ability to travel (approximately 25% of the time) to meet clients and support sales activities.
Expected Salary
The expected salary for a Client Account Manager at Lexington Soft typically ranges between โน10 LPA and โน18 LPA, depending on prior sales experience, industry expertise, and track record of exceeding quotas.
