Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce projects, ensuring complete coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure defect-free releases.

• Analyze and interpret requirements from a user’s perspective to ensure solutions meet customer goals.

• Identify, document, and track defects meticulously, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and collaborative manner.

• Partner with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements, share findings, and improve project outcomes.

• Maintain an organized defect repository, ensuring that issues are logged with detailed reproduction steps.

• Continuously monitor and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Execute manual testing for Salesforce Lightning Experience and, where possible, explore opportunities for automation.

• Provide clear and effective feedback to stakeholders on product quality and release readiness.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively suggesting enhancements to test strategies and tools.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce QA/Testing experience with exposure to functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Strong ability to design, write, and execute detailed test cases that address both positive and negative test scenarios.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and CPQ is highly desirable.

• Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools like Jira or VSTS.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium and scripting languages such as Python, Unix Shell, or JavaScript is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting project deadlines and delivering consistent results.

Expected Salary

The typical salary for a Salesforce Quality Analyst with 4+ years of experience ranges between ₹8 LPA and ₹14 LPA in India, depending on skill set, certifications, and project experience. Professionals with strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, and automation tools can command salaries on the higher end of the spectrum.
