Flynaut SaaS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager – QA to lead our quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects. In this role, you will oversee both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring that web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and security. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and continuously improve testing strategies that enable faster releases and better user experiences.

This is a hybrid position where you will coordinate test efforts, manage QA resources, and implement automation frameworks to streamline testing workflows. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and QA teams, ensuring that bugs are tracked, resolved, and verified in a timely manner. Your insights from analyzing test results will help drive continuous improvements in product quality and team efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute QA strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring full test coverage.

• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects.

• Implement, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases.

• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and API testing to validate software stability and scalability.

• Analyze test results, prepare detailed QA reports, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, encouraging skill development and process improvement.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Continuously evaluate new QA tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in QA with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

• Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, and test management platforms like TestRail.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle (STLC), and defect management.

• Hands-on experience with automation framework design and CI/CD integration.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and bug tracking tools like JIRA.

• Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and recommend effective solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.

• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Salary

For a Project Manager – QA role in Pune with 2–4 years of experience, salaries generally range between ₹8–12 LPA, depending on skills, automation expertise, and project management capabilities. Professionals with proven experience in CI/CD integration and strong leadership skills may receive compensation at the higher end of this range.
