Deloitte: Analyst – FP&A, Global Finance Support (PG Finance Freshers)

Job Description

Deloitte is seeking motivated finance professionals to join our Global Finance Support team in Hyderabad. As an FP&A Analyst, you will gain exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and global initiatives, working closely with regional and global leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or postgraduate finance graduates to build a strong foundation in finance while supporting Deloitte’s global operations.

In this role, you will manage assigned budgets, review and code transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist Finance Managers/Controllers with monthly forecasts, book closure processes, and ad hoc analyses. You will also handle headcount reporting, T&E expense reporting, and other key cost drivers, gaining hands-on experience with Deloitte’s financial systems, including SAP ECC and SAP BW.

As part of the collaborative Finance Group, you will develop expertise in financial systems and reporting tools while supporting real-time cost monitoring and operational metrics. This role offers a structured learning environment with mentorship, exposure to global finance practices, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial decisions impacting multiple geographies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day budgets including transaction coding, billings, and ledger reconciliations.

• Support Finance Managers and Controllers with monthly forecasts and book closure processes.

• Coordinate and prepare monthly reporting, including T&E expense reports and headcount data.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses for cost monitoring, business insights, and reporting requirements.

• Reconcile monthly headcount data and track key cost drivers, ensuring accurate reporting.

• Develop proficiency in Deloitte financial systems such as SAP ECC, BW, and other tools.

• Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, and financial documentation for leadership.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to support finance initiatives and process improvements.

• Actively participate in learning programs and leverage Deloitte University resources for skill development.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience: 0–3 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably in MNCs or global organizations.

• Education: MBA in Finance or Master’s in Finance and Accounting from a reputed institute.

• Technical skills: Familiarity with financial accounting concepts including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.

• Systems knowledge: Proficiency in or quick adaptability to SAP ECC, SAP BW, and other DTTL financial systems.

• Analytical mindset: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Good verbal and written skills to collaborate with global teams.

• Soft skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Expected Salary
