Vodafone VOIS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – E2E Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing initiatives for large-scale, customer-centric Oracle and Amdocs stack releases. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining the test approach, setting up comprehensive E2E test strategies, and driving successful delivery across multiple phases of testing. The position is ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex test programs with hundreds of testers and thousands of test cases, ensuring seamless delivery and zero production misses.

In this role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders, manage offshore testing teams, and champion continuous service improvement across Vodafone UK IT projects. Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and own the E2E test strategy: Lead the overall testing approach for large Oracle and Amdocs stack releases, ensuring coverage across all phases.

• Lead global testing teams: Manage and mentor offshore testers, drive performance, and ensure smooth execution of testing cycles.

• Act as decision authority: Take ownership of test planning, risk assessment, and escalations on behalf of programme and portfolio stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement: Champion process excellence, automation adoption, and quality improvements across Vodafone UK IT testing.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, architects, and business teams to align testing goals with delivery timelines.

• Manage quality metrics: Track key performance indicators, monitor test execution progress, and deliver accurate reporting to leadership teams.

• Ensure production readiness: Guarantee defect-free releases by enforcing quality gates and rigorous regression testing practices.

• Promote best practices: Act as a role model for Vodafone Way behaviours and mentor junior team members to raise the overall quality bar.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience: 10+ years in software quality assurance with at least 5 years in end-to-end test management for enterprise-scale IT programs.

• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle & Amdocs E2E stacks, Siebel CRM, and integration points across telecom applications.

• Testing methodologies: Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, test management processes, and quality governance.

• Automation experience: Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools, with proven ability to drive automation adoption.

• Certifications: ISTQB Advanced certification is mandatory; TMMi certification or experience is desirable.

• Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and deliver on high-visibility programs with tight deadlines.

• Communication skills: Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and presentation skills for global executive reporting.

• Tools knowledge: Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM) and CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to manage risks and resolve escalations effectively.

Expected Salary

The typical salary range for a Senior Manager – E2E Test Manager in Pune falls between ₹40–55 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. Candidates with strong Oracle & Amdocs stack experience and a track record of managing large-scale testing programs may receive compensation at the higher end of this range.
