Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions to address large-scale industry challenges.

  • Write scalable, reusable, testable, and reliable code using clean coding principles and SOLID practices.

  • Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing).

  • Detect, investigate, and resolve product defects.

  • Automate testing through unit and integration tests.

  • Optimize code and follow best practices for maintainability and performance.

  • Maintain high standards in code quality, documentation, and deliverables.

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams through code reviews and design discussions.

  • Stay updated with latest technologies and actively participate in community meetups and conferences.

Required Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
✅ 0–2 years of software development experience.
✅ Strong programming skills in C++, C# .NET, and Java.
✅ Knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
✅ Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in Agile methodologies like Scrum, XP, BDD, and Continuous Delivery.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS.

  • Knowledge of back-end development using Node.js, REST APIs, JSON.

  • Demonstrated interest in innovation, brainstorming, and idea generation.
