Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed project requirements aligned with organizational objectives.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend IT-enabled solutions for improved effectiveness.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide technical teams.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and developers, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of project goals.

• Contribute to product backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely delivery of critical features.

• Support UAT activities by coordinating with stakeholders and validating that IT solutions meet intended requirements.

• Assist in change management initiatives by evaluating process impacts, preparing communication, and facilitating training sessions.

• Analyze data to extract patterns, trends, and insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, driving efficiency and long-term value for the organization.

• Ensure documentation, accuracy, and quality standards are met across business and technical processes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields.

• For Associate level: No prior experience is required, making this role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Familiarity with business requirement gathering, functional specifications, and IT project workflows is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SQL or data querying techniques is a plus but not mandatory at entry level.
