Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical assistance on automation and integration issues, ensuring quick and accurate resolution for global customers.

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Deltek products, automation workflows, and integration processes to support client needs effectively.

• Handle escalations from internal teams or customers with a proactive and solution-driven approach.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and security policies while managing incidents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional operations and development teams to triage and resolve technical challenges.

• Follow incident management protocols based on issue severity, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.

• Document reported issues in detail and provide transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders.

• Take full ownership of assigned incidents, driving them to closure while identifying opportunities for long-term fixes.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) with a minimum of 60% aggregate, graduating in 2025.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.

• Familiarity with SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise technologies is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of basic networking, SQL, SOAP, and RESTful APIs to support integration and automation workflows.

• Proficiency in incident management tools and escalation processes, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved effectively.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

• Flexible to work in a 24/7 support model, including rotational shifts.

Expected Salary:
