Job Description:

As an Analyst in Production Solutions at BlackRock, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the technical configuration and operational efficiency of Aladdin’s Data & Analytics enterprise platform. This platform serves as a comprehensive data factory and service toolkit, catering to the diverse needs of the Aladdin community. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day vendor data configuration requirements for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including BlackRock Solutions (BRS) and end-users, to understand business process needs and design scalable, repeatable solutions that integrate with multiple data sources. Your contributions will directly impact the enhancement of data quality intelligence, expansion of data solutions capabilities, and the implementation of solutions to address data-related challenges faced by clients. Moreover, you will serve as a feedback loop with partners in Data Operations Engineering (DOE), continuously enriching analytic capabilities to deliver best-in-class solutions for BlackRock and the Aladdin client community. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day vendor data configuration requirements for new and existing clients on Aladdin’s Data & Analytics Platform.

• Coordinate with stakeholder departments to plot key milestones and handle action items effectively.

• Provide ongoing support to the production process powering the Aladdin Data Factory.

• Assist in installing analytic and reporting solutions that are customizable to meet clients' needs.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of Aladdin functionality to ensure clients fully utilize the suite of capabilities.

• Address inquiries and resolve problems from external clients and internal BlackRock partners.

• Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, detailing client requirements, assessing potential solutions, and ensuring key achievements are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable, repeatable solutions integrated with various data sources.

• Continuously enrich analytic capabilities by serving as a feedback loop with partners in Data Operations Engineering (DOE).

• Contribute to the growth of the enterprise data asset catalog and development of institutional data domain knowledge.

• Enhance data quality intelligence and expand data solutions capabilities to meet enterprise-wide self-service needs.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Outstanding academic achievement with a degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative fields.

• A "Student of the Markets" mentality: Intellectually curious with a passion for learning about global financial markets and the investment management business.

• Strong understanding of data analytics platforms and their functionalities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Perl is a plus.

• Experience in technical configuration and implementation of data solutions is advantageous.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Expected Salary:
The expected salary for an Analyst in Production Solutions at BlackRock in Gurgaon typically ranges between ₹8,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, technical proficiency, and project involvement. Candidates with specialized skills in data analytics and programming may command higher compensation within this bracket.
