2. Technical Leadership
   Serve as the go-to authority for solution integrity, guiding developers and stakeholders through architectural decisions with clarity, authority, and vision.

3. Integration Strategy Execution
   Design and oversee end-to-end integration workflows—ensuring secure, reliable, and performant data exchange across platforms.

4. Best Practices Evangelism
   Promote architectural excellence by instituting guidelines for coding, deployment, performance, and security across the delivery lifecycle.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

6. Governance & Compliance

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Extensive Experience
   Typically 8–10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles.

2. Technical Mastery
   Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and integration platform patterns used in large-scale, global application ecosystems.

3. Advanced Architecture Knowledge
   Expertise in designing APIs, middleware, and integration patterns with scalable, maintainable outcomes.

4. Strong Collaboration Skills
   Proven ability to work effectively across teams—bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Governance & Security Awareness
   Deep understanding of enterprise standards, compliance needs, and secure design principles.
