Detect Technologies, a leading provider of AI-powered industrial inspection solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer – Frontend Developer (SE 1) to join their dynamic team in Chennai. As a Frontend Developer at Detect Technologies, you will be responsible for implementing client-side architecture for web and mobile applications. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development: Implement client-side architecture for web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

2. UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into functional user interfaces.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.

4. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

5. Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of frontend applications to ensure optimal functionality.

6. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure fast and efficient frontend applications.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of frontend development processes and codebase for future reference.

9. Agile Methodology: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

10. User Feedback Incorporation: Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance the usability and functionality of frontend applications.

11. Version Control: Utilize version control systems like Git to manage and track changes in the codebase.

12. Collaboration Tools: Use collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and document project progress.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

   • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

   • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

3. Version Control: Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
