Job Description

Heizen, an AI-powered software services startup founded by alumni from Microsoft, JP Morgan, IIT, and ISB, is seeking passionate Technical Project Manager (TPM) Interns. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional tech projects from planning to execution, coordinating with engineering, product, and business teams to drive project delivery. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects within a dynamic startup environment.

As a TPM Intern, you'll demonstrate strong project management skills combined with a solid technical understanding. You'll align multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timelines and goals are met, supporting team members and contributing to continuous process improvement. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Take ownership of technical projects, leading them from planning through execution while coordinating with various teams.

2. Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

3. Demonstrate Project Management Skills: Apply strong project management techniques to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.

4. Align Teams and Stakeholders: Ensure all teams and stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.

5. Support Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

6. Contribute to Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.

7. Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

8. Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

9. Manage Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.

10. Conduct Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

11. Ensure Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

12. Evaluate Project Outcomes: Assess project outcomes and provide recommendations for future projects.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts.

3. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.

5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

6. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make data-driven decisions.

7. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

8. Familiarity with Tools: Experience or familiarity with coding platforms such as Replit, Lovable, or Bolt is a plus.

9. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

10. Interest in Technology: A keen interest in technology trends and enterprise software development.

Expected Salary

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) Intern position at Heizen offers a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the internship, there is an opportunity for a full-time position with a salary of ₹10 LPA, along with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
