Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, study domains, and translate insights into effective design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflows that capture user journeys and enhance usability.

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and optimize the product experience.

• Ensure all designs meet usability standards, accessibility guidelines, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, aligning design choices with business goals.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and methodologies to keep Zoho’s product experiences modern and competitive.

• Participate in usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and refine them based on findings.

• Contribute to building a design system and reusable components, ensuring scalability across products.

• Foster a collaborative design culture, encouraging feedback and teamwork to achieve the best results.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.

• Effective communication and presentation abilities to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage multiple design tasks, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches in the field of user experience.

• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate openly and adapt to feedback constructively.
